1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fairy Tale Child Care. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Fairy Tale Child Care provides residential childcare services in Palmdale, CA. Our services include infant care, toddler care, preschool programs, after-school care, and nighttime/weekend care. All services are subject to state licensing requirements and our internal policies.

3. Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment is complete once all required state and facility forms are signed and the initial deposit is paid. Fees for services are outlined in our Parent Handbook and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payment is required in advance as per the agreed schedule.

4. Health and Safety

To ensure the safety of all children, we adhere to strict health and safety protocols. Children exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness must follow our "Sick Child Policy" before returning to care. Parents are responsible for keeping emergency contact information up-to-date.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate childcare services for reasons including non-payment, disruptive behavior that compromises safety, or failure to comply with facility policies. Parents may terminate services with 2 weeks' written notice.

6. Liability

While we maintain the highest standards of safety and supervision, Fairy Tale Child Care is not responsible for damages or losses of personal property brought into the facility.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
